The Role

We are seeking an experienced VIC Sales Professional to join our team, reporting directly to the Victoria Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to grow revenue by identifying and introducing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with the state sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve new business targets and grow revenue
  • Identify new prospective customers and develop solutions to close new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to introduce new market segments to the business
  • Uphold company culture and high standards
  • Maintain and report pipeline and closed activity

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the transport or logistics industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to clearly report own activity, pipeline, and results
  • Constant willingness to develop and improve
