About the Role

This key position plays a critical role in supporting operations across all contracts in our portfolio. You will be part of a team that works collaboratively with field-based Security Operations Managers, shaping our security posture and ensuring seamless operation of our security teams and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and cutting-edge solutions aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities through regular audits.
  • Oversee day-to-day security infrastructure, monitoring systems, and manage alerts.
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of security incident response, from detection to post-incident review, refining incident response playbooks.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on security operations, risk, and compliance.

Requirements

- Demonstrated operational leadership experience in a related industry.

- In-depth understanding of security principles and technologies.

- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

- Proficiency in conducting security audits and risk assessments.

- Security Licence, Cert 4 Risk Management.
