MC Truck Driver Job Description

We are seeking an experienced truck driver to join our team as a MC Truck Driver.

Duties:

  • Drive refrigerated and general freight trucks for change overs, interstate or local work.
  • Navigate and reverse around the depot.
  • Maintain paperwork and timesheets/logbooks.
  • Conduct pre-start inspections.
  • Comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) procedures and other operational guidelines.
  • Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Fatigue Management and Road Regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving MC trucks for change overs, interstate or local work.
  • Performing linehaul work.
  • Navigating and reversing around the depot.
  • Maintaining paperwork and timesheets/logbooks.
  • Conducting pre-start inspections.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid MC (Multi-Combination) Truck Driver's Licence.
  • Have at least 1 year of truck driving experience.
  • Be physically fit.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have a good attention to detail and high procedural compliance.
  • Have a clean driving record.
  • Have an up-to-date Resume.
  • Have unlimited work rights in Australia.
  • Be available for an immediate start.
