Warehouse Coordinator

This role plays a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse and stock control. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate storage, retrieval, and dispatch of products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and handling rural products safely and accurately
• Picking and packing customer orders to meet delivery deadlines
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
• Providing exceptional customer service by processing sales, preparing quotes, and invoices
• Completing general branch administration tasks, including banking, purchasing, and reporting

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A current forklift license and medium rigid truck license
• Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or warehousing environment
• Basic knowledge of rural or agricultural products, or a willingness to learn
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
