Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000-$80,000 AUD, depending on experience. We offer a healthy work-life balance, with Mondays off and alternate Saturdays, as well as flexibility to work on additional days.

Job Description

As an Optical Dispenser at ProVision, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with lens dispensing and frame selection
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients to ensure their return visits
  • Supporting opening and closing procedures

You'll work closely with our Optometrist (owner) and Practice Manager to provide exceptional patient care and support the smooth operation of our practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in optical dispensing, preferably in a boutique setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fashion and eyewear
