The Traineeship

You will work with our team to provide high-quality support services, learning from experienced professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact.

What You'll Learn

  • To provide individualized support to people with varying levels of need and ability
  • About the importance of dignity, respect, and person-centered care
  • How to maintain confidentiality and adhere to industry standards
  • Effective communication techniques to build relationships and resolve conflicts

Requirements

  • An aspiration to work in Disability Support Services
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • A Blue Card and NDIS worker screening check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, full-time (38 hours)
