Community Support Nurse

A compassionate nurse is required to provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver one-on-one nursing care, including wound management, catheter care, and medication administration.
- Support clients to maintain independence and wellbeing through Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care.
- Travel throughout the community to ensure efficient daily workload planning and timely intervention.
- Holding current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse is essential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care.
- Evidence of completed clinical hours from previous or current roles.
- Skilled in continence assessments, catheter care, and wound management.
- Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- A valid, unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination and flu vaccination (preferred).
