About the Role:

Are you looking for a casual merchandising opportunity with flexibility to work close to home? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Casual Merchandisers in the Melbourne area.

This role involves attending local supermarkets to manage stock of valued clients, working to a planogram, removing damaged or expired stock, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of stock, checking use by dates, rotating stock, updating paperwork, and filling shelves with fresh products such as bread and crumpets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend local supermarkets to manage stock of valued clients
  • Work to a planogram to ensure efficient stock placement
  • Remove damaged or expired stock to maintain high-quality products
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of stock to meet store standards
  • Check use by dates and rotate stock to ensure freshness
  • Update paperwork to track stock levels and movements
  • Filling shelves with fresh products such as bread and crumpets

Requirements:

  • Able to work on an ongoing basis
  • Available over 7 days, including Fridays and Saturdays AM shift
  • Licenced and able to drive a vehicle
  • Fully vaccinated
  • A good work ethic, physically fit, and able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test

Other Information:

Please note that this is a casual role, and successful candidates will be required to work on an ongoing basis. You must be available over 7 days, including Fridays and Saturdays AM shift, and have a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle. If you are successful, you will receive face-to-face training and development to ensure your success in the role.
