About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our small Business Intelligence team at LoopMe, a leading outcomes-based platform. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining an internal BigQuery database to support Tableau and enable our Business Intelligence users to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with our Product Team to identify the core data required within the platform, based on the needs of our Finance, Business Development, and Operations teams.
  2. Analyse and organise raw data from various sources, including Clickhouse, Postgres, Elastic Search, and Salesforce.
  3. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to expose data from our databases into Tableau.
  4. Develop data systems and pipelines to ensure data is current and accurate.
  5. Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
  6. Collaborate with other engineers to create a Tableau reporting environment.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in a data engineering role.
  2. Technical expertise in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  3. Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  4. Strong analytical skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
  5. Exceptional organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with a range of database technologies, including BigQuery, Clickhouse, Postgres, and ElasticSearch.
  2. Experience with Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
  3. Experience in AdTech or another data-intensive sector.
