About the Team
The Creative Tools Product team at TikTok focuses on user-centric innovation, opportunity identification, prioritization, and rapid creation of impactful solutions. This team is responsible for the creation path, triggers, materials, and video interface of our platform. We're seeking an experienced product manager to drive innovation and make TikTok a leader in creativity and inspiration.As a project intern, you'll engage in impactful short-term projects that provide real-world experience. You'll gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must commit to one of the following internship cycles:
- Sydney 1 (Off cycle / Credit bearing): Starting October 30, 2024.
- Understand social business goals and create new private messages and interactive scenes through social gameplay;
- Discuss and clarify product direction, goal, and path around business scenario demand;
- Lead discussion and promote completion of corresponding social function/gameplay scheme design;
- Design internal App entrance and various paths to reach users, cooperate with marketing colleagues, and drive continuous growth of product DAU;
- Guide product iteration around business indicators for greater value contribution to social business.
Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in any field. Preference for Political science, International relations, Public Policy, Public Administration, Advertising, Communications and Media, Marketing/Marketing Management, Public Relations and Applied Communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Understanding of impact ad policy decisions have on advertisers and users;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
Passion for Internet entertainment/media space or mobile web video/content.
Earn a salary of $120,000 per year
