Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for establishing seasonal sales budgets, analyzing and reviewing weekly sales data, and recommending strategies to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and inventory planning strategies to drive business growth
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform planning decisions
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed numerical and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
