Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

This role is ideal for an individual who wants to build a career in early childhood education and make a positive impact on the lives of Australian children.

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports children's learning and development, while also working collaboratively with colleagues and families.

  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all members of the centre community.
  • Contributing to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years.

Additional requirements include:

  • The willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Interest in early years education.
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one).
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or willing to receive).
