Role Overview

The position of Massage Therapist involves providing hands-on therapy to clients with various health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess symptoms and medical history, making a diagnosis and developing care plans for individuals
  • Manipulate muscles and other soft tissue/s
  • Educate and train your clients on all aspects of therapy
  • Provide goal setting activities and guidance on stretching, strengthening and improving posture
  • Refer clients to Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology treatment where required
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored
  • Document and report on client condition and progress

This role requires qualification in Remedial Massage and/or Myotherapy
