Lead Retail Team to Success

As a skilled sales leader, you will have the opportunity to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within your team. This involves coaching and training to ensure that everyone meets and exceeds their targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure. They should be able to solve problems effectively and build excellent relationships with their colleagues and customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and motivate team members to meet and exceed store targets
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training
  • Manage retail operations, including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and tracking sales team performance
  • Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge
  • Recruit, lead, and inspire team members to succeed in store

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to possess:

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
