The successful candidate will work closely with the directors of Stateline Steelfixing, a steel reinforcement construction company, to conduct weekly payroll preparation and other administrative duties. The role will involve:
- Managing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Providing administrative support to the directors and other team members
- Maintaining and updating physical and electronic filing systems
- Printing plans and documents for worksite use
- Corresponding with suppliers and builders to receive plans and schedules
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other software
