We are a market leader in the Australian retail business, expanding our operations to drive growth and innovation. The Supply Chain functions play a critical role in achieving this goal, and this newly created role will work on upcoming projects to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and Manage Supply Chain Projects: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
  • Analyze Supply Chain Data: Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in supply chain operations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is essential, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • Proven Experience in Supply Chain Management: A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on developing and implementing solutions.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven project management experience in a supply chain environment, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
