Job Title: Executive Office Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all executive administrative and coordination requirements, including annual cycles of executive functions, activities, and events.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage executive calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, emails, and communications on behalf of senior leaders
- Support key committees and meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Undertake research and analysis to inform business decisions
- Assist with compliance requirements and maintain accurate records
- Proven experience in executive administration and coordination
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
