Building Services Director

We are seeking an exceptional Group Leader to provide strategic direction and leadership to our Building Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workload, staff levels and resources within the Group, ensuring attainment of work received and utilisation targets. Additionally, they will oversee resourcing management, foster great Project Technical Leads and Team Leaders, and maintain a high level of service to key Clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of current and future workloads/staffing levels within the Group.
- Oversee resourcing management, including creating and fostering Project Technical Leads and Team Leaders.
- Maintain an appropriate level of service to key Clients.
- Support the career aspirations and learning and development requirements of Group staff.
- Represent the company externally to Clients as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in Building Services or related field.
- Strong management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with Clients and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Degree in relevant field (e.g. engineering, construction management).
