Position Summary:

As a Project Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment of the inspHire product suite, utilizing both on-site and remote methodologies. This position demands a self-motivated individual with a strong background in technology system rollouts and a genuine enthusiasm for IT and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely implementation of all projects, proactively addressing any potential delays.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Oversee the complete implementation life cycle of the inspHire product suite.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually, based on project requirements.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings to align stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and delivery activities.
  • Identify and escalate delivery risks and issues to the Head of PSG.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail throughout the project life cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A valid driving license is required.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and software implementation processes.
  • Demonstrated independent implementation experience in a project management role.
  • Exposure to SQL Server databases and reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
