Security Risk Management Officer

Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Security Risk Management Officer to join our team at the ACT Government. In this role, you will play a critical part in implementing and managing the ACT Government Protective Security Framework, ensuring the security of people, information, and assets within CMTEDD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Directorates' Agency Security Advisors with the implementation and ongoing management of the ACT Government Protective Security Framework.
- Manage and report on security-related activities, including people, information, and assets within CMTEDD.
- Perform administrative functions, such as maintaining registers and analyzing data.
- Prepare related content for respective governance committees.
- Be the central contact for requests for security clearances, overseas travel, and requests for release of CCTV.
