Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tender proposals for future projects
- Track and report costs to ensure the project remains financially feasible
- Conduct reports to understand resource allocation and allocate those resources accordingly
- Identify potential risks and combat those risks
- Maintain and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate
Requirements:
- Proven Estimator experience in the Tier 1-3 space for a Commercial Head Contractor
- Proven experience successfully submitting and winning tenders on large scale Commercial projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
