Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on EWP and Material Handling products to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Travel and Client Entertainment: Travel to customer sites to provide service and support, and entertain clients as required.
  • Trade Certified Qualifications: Possess trade certified qualifications in a mechanical or auto-electrical field.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Have knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures with construction or agricultural equipment, and at least 2 years post-trade experience on EWP equipment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Possess a high attention to detail, competent computer and communication skills, reliability, innovation, and an ambition for career progression.
  • Requirements:
    • College Degree: Possess a college degree in engineering or equivalent.
    • Experience: Have at least 3 years experience as a service technician in the mechanical or equivalent industry.
    • Knowledge: Have knowledge of equipment rental companies in Australia, and a valid driver's license.
    • Language: Possess fluent written and spoken English.
