About This Role

We're looking for a seasoned Cloud Security Architect to join our team, who is based in either Perth, Brisbane, or Adelaide. The role will be a mixture of hybrid/WFH and onsite with a key client. We're seeking industry-experienced professionals with at least 5 years' experience within the responsibilities below.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the enterprise-wide application and data security programme.
  • Review design documents and identify potential cybersecurity gaps for remediation.
  • Apply cybersecurity principles to organisational requirements.
  • Lead risk identification efforts and communicate risks to stakeholders.
  • Research industry best practices and vendor cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Provide application security services including security scans and code reviews.
  • Develop and maintain the Cloud Security Posture Management capability.
  • Write position papers on cybersecurity topics.
  • Act as an escalation point for the SOC and Cloud Security Governance teams.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Cybersecurity Professional (CISSP, CISM preferred or equivalent).
  • Cloud Cybersecurity certifications (Azure preferred or AWS equivalent).
  • Industry regulatory and compliance knowledge.
  • Expertise in computer protection components.
  • Prior experience in cloud engineering or architecture.
