This is an opportunity to join a team that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of young people within a supportive environment.
The role involves working with students who have complex needs, providing a differentiated learning program in a counter-stress environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching Mathematics and recent trauma-informed teaching experience with disengaged secondary students.
We are seeking a caring and passionate educator who can engage and support students with their learning journey. A relevant post-graduate qualification in education, special education, or mental health would be considered favourably.
The Waymaker Program provides high-quality education for students who cannot attend normal school due to anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Our Centre is located on the Carrum Downs Campus and offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students.
