About Amazon Robotics

We're a global team of innovators who apply cutting-edge robotics and software to solve real-world challenges.

In this role, you'll work on system configurations, service integrations, and testing of software deployed at Amazon installations worldwide.

You will drive Robotics fleet retrofit projects to improve performance, reliability, and safety of globally deployed robotic and automation systems.

Your primary focus will be on new site launches.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple robotics implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects ensuring program goals are met.
  • Collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) data and share success stories during lessons learned workshops.
  • Create and maintain problem resolution procedures and identify need for new tools.
  • Leverage existing guides, task lists, and configuration processes to deploy software at Amazon Robotics sites.
  • Monitor queues and respond to issues within defined SLAs.
  • Develop processes to implement product upgrades on fielded Amazon Robotics products.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Process improvement methodology.
  • Experience working with AWS services such as S3, EC2, SNS, SQS.
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working closely with development and business teams.
  • Certified in AWS services and Process improvement methodology.
  • Demonstrated examples of drive to dig into details of a system or process to solve customer problems.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
