Seeking a skilled procurement specialist to assist our supply chain team with order management and customer engagement.
About the Opportunity
This is a short-term contract position designed to support our client's busy period demands. As a procurement specialist, you will play a vital role in providing timely updates and assistance to customers, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the supply chain team with purchase order management and communication.
- Verify updates and ETAs on purchase orders with suppliers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience as a customer service agent or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with good problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong time management skills and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administration, customer service, or procurement.
