Freelance Account Manager/Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and solutions-focused Freelance Account Manager/Account Director to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on fast-paced, creatively ambitious projects and collaborate with a talented and high-performance Client Service team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for project and resource management, including timings, WIPs, agendas, and experience in managing budgets. They will also communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and internal colleagues, build trust with key client contacts, and contribute to the creative process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project and Resource Management: Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and effective budget management.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Creative Contribution: Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging social media content, working closely with the Editorial and Creative teams.
- Reporting: Provide concise and insightful reports to inform future actions and optimize project outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 3-4 years of experience working in a social media agency.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to apply fluidity and structure to your work.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
