About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our team and be part of a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization. As a Physiotherapist at Mediix, you will be responsible for providing expert assessments and interventions to patients, determining individual capabilities, and applying evidence-based practices to relieve pain, maximize functional capacity, and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide expert interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education to patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Medicare Provider Number
  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificate
  • Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
  • Current CPD participation
  • People Skills and ability to manage patient expectations well
  • Ability to naturally generate organic growth of new patients through great outcomes and word-of-mouth referrals
