We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team at FK. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating inspiring interior spaces that exceed client expectations.
You will work closely with Senior Interior Designers and Architects to develop spatial planning, test fits, and schematic design schemes. Your expertise in Revit is essential for documenting interiors packages independently.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients and contribute to FK's reputation for excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop spatial planning, test fits, and schematic design schemes that bring ideas to life.
- Create compelling design development presentations and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications throughout all project phases.
- 3+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Strong concept-to-documentation skills with an ability to tell a compelling design story.
- Proficiency in Revit—you must be comfortable documenting interiors packages independently.
- Familiarity with Australian building regulations and standards.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to contribute to a high-performing team.
