About the Role

This is a unique chance for someone looking for a new challenge. As a Production Team Lead, you will take a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing commercial outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities.
  • Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met.
  • Overseeing product quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Medium level of computer literacy and financial reporting.
  • Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial.
