- Provide support to senior management team members by performing various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and functions with efficiency and precision.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet information and FBT data for the Southern Region.
- Collaborate with OHS Manager to complete administrative duties and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Undertake general administrative tasks including coordinating on-site services and managing stationery supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a high volume of correspondence, emails, and documents in a timely manner.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior management team members.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
