About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the expansion of our professional beauty brands into retail channels across ANZ.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving brand presence, building strong commercial relationships, and maximising sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Account Management: Assist with customer account management, including responding to queries and processing orders.
  • Retail Partner Rollout: Support the rollout of new products across retail partners, ensuring accurate product listings and availability.
  • Promotional Activities: Coordinate promotional activities, planogram execution, and compliance monitoring.
  • Stock Management: Track stock levels and work with internal teams to manage forecasting and replenishment.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare reports and share insights on sales performance and business KPIs.
  • Sales Materials: Assist in the development of customer presentations and sales materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support key retail initiatives.
About You

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role - preferably within the Beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyse sales data.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Experience with trade marketing or content management platforms (PIM/DAM) is desirable.
  • Education: A relevant bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential).
