Role Overview:

The Digital Experience Platform team is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our engineering team. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in leading the development of our cloud-based platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmap and prioritize features.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, code reviews, and testing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our platform.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in full stack software engineering, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven expertise in TypeScript, React, Node, and AWS, with a backend leaning.
  • Strong understanding of testing principles, secure coding practices, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks, with a willingness to adapt to changing project needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure or experience with AI solutions and automation.

As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing new features and enhancements to our Digital Experience Platform.
  • Collaborating with team members to generate user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimates.
  • Providing guidance and assistance to junior engineers, while also learning from them.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our platform.
