Caregiver Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Chorus. As a Support Worker Multi Skilled, you will provide tailored person-centered services and activities to seniors and NDIS customers in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support seniors and NDIS customers with varying support needs
• Provide domestic assistance services and promote independence
• Work collaboratively with customers, families, carers, and community agencies
• Ensure the safety and well-being of customers and staff

Requirements

• Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification and/or experience
• Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
