About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Worker to take on a hands-on Leading Hand position in our Castle Hill team. As a Leading Hand, you will report to the site supervisors and assist in coordinating daily site tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting site supervisors in coordinating tasks for the team.
  • Maintaining site upkeep, including roadways, sediment control, and general site maintenance.
  • Assisting with deliveries and unloading materials using the telehandler, as well as moving materials around the site.
  • Promoting and maintaining safety.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Telehandler ticket with relevant experience.
  • Dogman qualification (highly advantageous).
  • Current driver's licence.
  • WHS General Induction Card (White Card).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening prior to placement.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
