About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Education Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care and services to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care home meets the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services provided to our residents.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that our care home meets the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to our residents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) desirable.
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
  • Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
