About the Role

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Nominal Insurer function in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving operational initiatives and delivering projects that align with our NSW Workers Compensation organisational business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive operational initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Own the delivery plan of regulatory activities and ensure compliance obligations are met
  • Review operational efficiencies and develop strategies for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
About You

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional with a strong background in project management and change management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and coach at all levels of the organisation. A strategic mindset and approach to work, combined with a strong sense of team and collaboration, are essential for this role.
