Montessori Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Montessori Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a positive impact in the lives of young children.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Lead Educator in planning and implementing engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote the development of children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and families, and contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes equity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and families.

You will also need to have a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) or equivalent qualification is highly desirable. If you are currently studying towards one of these qualifications, we would still love to hear from you.

Please note that applicants must hold an ACECQA recognized qualification or be enrolled in study to be considered for this position.
