We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights and strategic support. You'll collaborate across key business units to optimise resource allocation, pricing strategies, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to designated business areas.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support pricing strategies, tender submissions, and large client proposals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support client arrangements, compliance, and operational planning.
  • Enhance working capital management and oversee significant write-offs.
  • Assist in resource planning and team structuring aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Promote financial acumen across the organisation through training and awareness initiatives.
  • Provide responsive support on ad hoc queries and initiatives.
About You

You're a proactive and analytical professional with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with senior stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.

Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce, law, or business.
  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within professional services or legal environments.
  • CA, CPA or equivalent (highly desirable).
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
