We are seeking a Director of Growth to drive business expansion and profitability across our Amazon presence, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Amazon representatives to address issues efficiently.
- Lead strategic partnerships with our brand partners.
- Mentor and manage a team of Amazon specialists to meet business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback for team development.
- Manage partner accounts, inventory, and fulfillment through in-depth knowledge of the Amazon toolkit.
- Oversee listing creation and optimisation strategies to enhance searchability and conversion.
- Utilise data insights to continuously improve listing performance.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, monitoring and adjusting for maximum ROI.
- Guide content creation for product detail pages (PDPs) and A+ content, aligning with brand standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management with a proven track record.
- Expertise in Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.
- Strong leadership experience and team management skills.
- Proficiency in listing optimisation, Amazon promotions, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of merchandising, buying, and wholesale operations.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
