**Allstar Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to manage an established territory in Perth, Western Australia.**

**About the Role:**

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent sales skills, with experience in promoting engineered products and solutions to clients in various industries. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business relationships, and increasing sales revenue.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate all sales, technical queries, business development, and administration of key accounts within the allocated territory.
  • Pro-actively promote the company's product range to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client site visits to secure new orders and negotiate long-term contracts.
  • Liaise with customers and provide technical advice and product information.
  • Upsell additional products on customers' initial orders and cross-sell other products and services.
  • Advise existing and potential customers of sales promotions, product improvements, and new product launches.
  • Provide statistical, development, and sales reports to senior management.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Sales role.
  • Proven business development skills and excellent account management and customer service skills.
  • A strong technical aptitude and trade background experience.
  • A full WA driver's license.
  • Excellent PC and data entry skills, good keyboard speed, and a high attention to detail.
  • A team player with high motivation and ambition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use own initiative, pro-actively, and forward-thinking.
