Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Chef, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences through your expertise and genuine care for guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including prep work and service.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
  • Working effectively within a dynamic team environment and possessing strong planning and organisational skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Previous experience working in a premium, high-volume commercial kitchen.
  • Availability to work Part-Time around a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
