The Crew Member Role

We are looking for dedicated team members to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

Crew Member Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and take their orders in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Prepare food according to established standards and recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and quickly.
  • Participate in training sessions and keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and menu items.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
