Complex Mechanical Systems Operator

The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs on LM6000PF Gas Turbine Generators, Balance of Plant systems, and diesel generators.
  • Operate and maintain RO water treatment plant, compressed air systems, waste water system, and DCS operating platforms.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • RO Plant Maintenance and operation.
  • Compressors and Air system maintenance.
  • Diesel generator engine maintenance.
Requirements:
  • A proactive approach to maintaining a safe working culture.
  • Mechanical trade qualification.
  • Experience and confidence in delivering against your Mechanical trade.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in operations and maintenance of LM6000 Gas Turbines & Balance of Plant.

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • High Risk Work Licenses in LF, WP, DG, RG.
  • Type B Gas Appliance, Supervising or Supervised Gas Fitter.
  • Light fabrication and Lathe/Mill operation.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP.
