Responsibilities

The opportunity describes a role to provide professional administrative support to wealth management activities. In this client-facing position, you'll be working closely with Private Wealth Advisers to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and respond to general client queries and requests.


This role also includes administrative support for the Private Wealth Advisers, including scheduling client meetings and diary management, preparing documents for client reviews, maintaining client records and other general administrative tasks. You'll also liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all client tasks are completed within set time frames.



Key Skills and Qualifications

Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar role within the financial service or a related industry and if you have completed or be studying relevant qualifications in Business/Commerce, Diploma of Financial Planning and/or RG146 Compliance it would help put your application ahead of the rest.


A seasoned professional, you're hard working, resilient and committed to delivering positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.


Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite and previous expertise with XPLAN software would be an advantage.
