The Opportunity

Role and Responsibilities

Working closely with fellow Educators and the Centre Leadership Team, you will enjoy:

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Leading and guiding teams to develop and implement innovative early learning programs aligned with current early childhood practices.
  • Documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families.
  • Contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Participating in professional learning, development programs, and career pathways within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Essentials for this role:
- Certificate III Qualification recognized for Children's Services
- Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Working with Children Check
