Project Manager for Tiling and Coatings Services

We are seeking a skilled project manager with experience in tiling and coatings to oversee various projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage individual projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Supervise trades, maintain site records, and coordinate materials and tile deliveries.
  • Assist with tender preparation, quoting of projects, and site visits to measure and inspect.
  • Provide regular reporting, including weekly progress updates and monthly performance assessments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a site supervisor or similar role desired.
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft office experience preferred.
  • Understanding and experience of financial processes and systems.
  • General Construction Induction Card.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel within NSW state and interstate on occasion.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to find additional manpower or tradespeople as required.
