Civil Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead our civil earthworks projects. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company and take on a challenging role in project management.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4+ years' experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to coach/mentor other junior staff, plant operators, and labourers
  • An ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment
  • A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of safety and health above all else
  • Significant experience in delivering civil & utility projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant statutory regulation and procedures
  • Experience in bulk earthworks & road construction projects will be highly advantageous
