In this position, you will deliver onsite engineering services and technical assistance, consistently aiming to meet safety, environmental, specification, design, and contractual standards across your project portfolio. Road infrastructure projects for local councils and transport departments.You will be an adept relationship builder with outstanding communication abilities and demonstrated technical proficiency to:
Efficiently implement programming, staging, and construction methodologies. Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, regulations, and standards. Oversee team performance regarding profitability, efficiency, and interpersonal relations. Conduct monthly evaluations and forecasts of project financial performance. Develop strong relationships with repeat clients and consultants. Maintain a safe working environment.The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. More than 10 years of experience in the civil construction sector, with at least two years in project management. Expertise in community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, and road construction (experience with transport management regulations is advantageous). A collaborative management approach to foster a focused, outcome-driven team. Strong commercial insight, leadership, and negotiation capabilities.
