Early Childhood Education Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team in shaping the educational journey of children.

About the Role

The successful applicant will support a team of educators dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old. The key responsibilities include implementing programs that reflect cultural backgrounds and emerging skills and interests of children, creating a play-based learning environment responsive to children's strengths and abilities.

The Early Childhood Education Leader will maintain records of development, continuously reflect and improve children's learning, and work collaboratively with other educators, families, and children to achieve outstanding outcomes.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate and superannuation, you will also receive 17.5% leave loading, salary packaging benefits up to $15,900, and access to 10 weeks of paid parental leave. We offer city parking for our team on shift and a discounted childcare fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) and have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
